Strategic Balanced Scorecard 2021
Strategic Balanced Scorecard 2021 Pillars:
- Fully integrate Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Access (DEIA) throughout the organization by being more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming
- Serve as a resource and convening space in the industry for fundraising
- Offer programming that is responsive, relevant, and accessible to all who work in the fundraising field
- Create a sustainable organizational structure and financial strategy
Fundraising is constantly evolving. It’s important for Advancement Northwest to bring you timely, relevant information which is why our all-volunteer board undertakes a strategic planning process every few years. This act of renewal keeps us moving forward and ensures that our organization is relevant and continues to serve you in the best way possible.
The current Strategic Planning Committee was formed in early 2020 before the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. 2020 was a year of great challenges and our strategic planning work was delayed and then reconsidered in response to the social, political, economic, and personal disruption that has engulfed all of us.
We shifted and refocused our process, gathering information and building out an updated Strategic Balanced Scorecard. To build the pillars of this scorecard we extended a survey to all members and nonmembers who have active email addresses with Advancement Northwest, in addition to empowering our volunteer board members to engage in this process.
We look forward to sharing updates with you as we continue to build out the scorecard.
