Mission (July 2026):

AFP Advancement NW cultivates a diverse and vibrant fundraising community through education, mentorship, networking, and support so that the causes we serve are seen, valued, and resourced.

Vision (July 2026):

We envision a nonprofit sector filled with diverse practitioners who have the skills and community they need to do this work while centering justice and promoting joy.

Values (July 2024)

Community & Belonging: We create a welcoming, sustainable community where everyone is invited to participate. Together we champion equity, support one another, and create lasting connections.

Learning & Innovation strengthen bonds among community members, promote shared knowledge, and empower us to contribute to collective growth and resilience.

Accountability is acting with courage and humility to honor our responsibility to the community by advancing professional integrity through challenging conversations, direct action, and commitment to the consequences of our actions and decisions.
