Elysa Hovard, Development Director at Community Passageways
Elysa Hovard has spent the last twelve years in senior leadership roles in various youth serving nonprofits, predominantly focused on youth experiencing homelessness and juvenile justice reform. She has extensive experience in leading programs, centering youth voice, community engagement, strategic planning, fundraising, racial/LGTBQ+ equity work, and program evaluation. She currently works for Community Passageways in the role of Development Director. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and a masters degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University.
