“A rising tide lifts all boats,” or does it?

The past two years have left many of us questioning the ebb and flow of the communities we serve, and our ability to meet their needs.
On November 16, 2022, we gathered as community leaders to examine the effectiveness of philanthropy when in opposition to private and public forces, and maintaining hope as the threats to a better world becomes louder and louder. The interview-style program featured innovative voices of dynamic leaders who shared candid insights toward balancing reality, clarity, and hope. The discussion highlighted development work in increasing organizational impact, lifting up diverse voices, and celebrating our successes, especially in the face of challenges during these turbulent times.
