Kiotta Marshall is an Associate Consultant with Campbell & Company where she partners with clients, expanding their fundraising to make missions become reality. Campbell collaborates and innovates with the nonprofit community to make powerful impacts at the intersection of mission, vision, and values, and, in her role, she supports teams that provide insights through a lens of philanthropy and creativity.

Kiotta particularly enjoys collaborating with her colleagues to advance the culture of firm. She serves on Campbell & Company’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access Council, Continuous Innovation Task Force, and Strategic Planning Task Force. She also spearheaded the creation and implementation of the firm’s Volunteer Time Off policy.

Though Seattle is currently her home, Kiotta is a Hoosier through and through. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Arts Administration and an MPA with a Nonprofit Management concentration from Indiana University Bloomington. When not at work, you can find her making a mess in the kitchen while baking or spending quality time with her partner, Orin.
